Craig Tummers - CEO & Co-Founder

With over 25 years of leadership experience across operations, customer experience, and IT, I specialize in transforming businesses from the inside out—building efficient systems, energized teams, and unforgettable customer journeys. Whether launching multi-site expansions, driving global growth, or leading end-to-end tech transformations, I’ve consistently delivered results through bold strategy and seamless execution.

My career spans diverse industries including construction, SaaS, healthcare, and telecommunications. I’ve led major cost-saving initiatives, turned around underperforming teams, and scaled operations with a focus on long-term sustainability and measurable outcomes.

But I’m not just about systems and metrics—I believe people and culture are the true engine of success. I work with organizations to align process with purpose, designing environments where both employees and customers can thrive.

When I’m not building high-performance playbooks or leading strategy sessions, I’m with my amazing wife and our two beautiful daughters—my greatest motivation and the heart behind everything I do.

Damon Comeau - COO & Co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience in IT support, workforce management, and customer service leadership, I specialize in building efficient systems that drive organizational success. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong ability to streamline operations, forecast workforce needs, and deliver exceptional technical support across national and multi-site teams.

My background spans multiple industries, including healthcare, construction technology, and telecommunications. I have supported hundreds of users across various locations, overseeing network administration, server maintenance, user management, and the implementation of advanced IT management systems. My hands-on expertise with network infrastructure, cybersecurity platforms, and cross-platform device management ensures seamless technology operations for growing organizations.

Beyond IT leadership, I have also optimized workforce planning by improving scheduling models, call queue performance, and service level forecasting—boosting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. My experience in customer support leadership has helped me develop high-performing teams and build strong client relationships.

I’m known for my analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and approachable leadership style. I’m passionate about helping businesses leverage technology, data, and people to achieve sustainable growth. Whether designing scalable IT infrastructures, building workforce strategies, or enhancing service delivery models, I bring dedication, innovation, and a collaborative spirit to every project I lead.
